As an entrepreneur, esteemed business professional, marketer and technical consultant, James brings his infectious enthusiasm for technology and passion for customer satisfaction to every project he manages. Educated in the UK, James has a degree with honors in Business and Information Technology from Salford University.
Leveraging his past experiences, including time as a senior network analyst with T-Mobile in the UK, as well as almost two decades of systems architectural design, James’ boundless energy and can-do attitude help our customers consistently achieve and exceed their business goals time and again. His commitment to excellence in project management, customer service, and extensive industry experience help establish lasting customer relationships. Current customers include Oakley, Starwood Hotels and Resorts Worldwide, McDermott International, Toshiba and Nintendo.
Day to day, James works tirelessly within our Business Solutions group in addition to helping drive marketing strategy for the business. He remains close to the architecture and on time delivery of projects and ensures customer service and excellence that has come to be the signature of doing business with SYNERGY.
Milan runs SYNERGY's Asia Pacific operations. He is a consultant and trainer with over 15 years experience as an architect and developer of Microsoft technologies.
Milan has been working with SharePoint technologies since their inception and has managed a number of projects using SharePoint as the platform for custom collaborative solutions. Milan admits to a voracious curiosity about technology and an equally great interest in sharing what he knows with others.
This has lead naturally to a career as a technology trainer teaching Windows Server administration, AD Architecture, SQL Server database design, and .NET application development. Milan is a Microsoft Certified Trainer and holds the MCSE, MCSD and MCDBA certifications, as well as a MRP from the University of Pennsylvania.
Milan's published works include - Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 Administrator's Companion. (Contributing author), Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 Pocket Consultant (Contributing author), and SharePoint 2010 Administration Instant Reference (Co-Author)
Nick wrote his first program on punch cards at eleven, the beta release in what has become a lifelong passion for computers and technology. After studying Computer Science and Economics, interest in the emerging field of computer graphics brought him an offer to work in visual design and marketing. Over 15 years he used his computer skills to create in a virtual world what had before only been drawn on paper
Staying ahead of the curve, the World Wide Web in the early nineties was the perfect place to combine his skills; he hasn't looked back since. As Director of New Media at Ryan Partnership, he was responsible for their entry into user experience driven websites and interactive marketing. Working with high profile clients such as Unilever, MasterCard, Hewlett Packard, IBM, Heineken, and Motts brought an understanding of human behavior; how to create user experiences that bridge the gap between a clients' goals and their customers' desires.
Joining SYNERGY in 2000, Nick heads up the American Interactive Solutions team, responsible to clients for achieving their potential online.
Malcolm runs our UK operations which started trading in 1998. Malcolm's success comes down to his outstanding customer service capabilities, a strength which he shares with members of the team across the globe.
A regular traveler to our other offices, Malcolm's expertise is best spent ensuring our ongoing global commitment to ever improving customer service and satisfaction.
In addition to running our services business the UK operation, Malcolm is also a successful independent wholesaler of hardware producing over £13.5m in revenue in the last 12 months alone. Vendors include HP, Cisco, SonicWall, WatchGuard, NetGear, and 3COM.
As SYNERGY’s Chief Technology Officer, Steve combines almost 30 years of technical and engineering experience to provide mentorship and guidance both to our team internally and to our Customers. Steve ensures that you get the most out of your technology investments. His results-driven approach to project planning and network management help businesses grow and thrive with the technology at their disposal. Originally from Manchester, England, Steve was formerly a senior technical analyst for ComputerAid (UK) and was part of an outsourced team working onsite at US West (now Quest). Other outsourced engagements included time at British Aerospace, where he built and managed the technical support group.
Steve’s tireless pursuit of new and developing technology and his standards for excellence in project management, customer service, and process analysis have helped to drive SYNERGY’s technology solutions business since our inception in 1995.
Steve combines his extensive experience in business and resource management with his wealth of knowledge relating to data and systems management, communication systems, virtualization, and web applications, to name just some areas of expertise, to help drive cost-effective and powerful technology solutions for our clients in a host of different industries. His philosophy of reducing downtime and maximizing productivity through proactive management and monitoring has served our customers effectively for years.
Steve continues to develop our processes and improve our services as a part of his ongoing goal to continually offer greater efficiencies to our customers.
Chris is the Regional Manager for the Pacific Region including Hawaii. Her diverse professional background includes Developmental Learning Theory and Web User Interface Design with a current specialization in SharePoint technologies. Her love for teaching and technology have come together as she works as both a trainer and consultant for SYNERGY.
Chris spent more than seven years as a contract Web Designer working on various government and military projects which has prepared her well to assume her current role overseeing the regional business for SYNERGY in Hawaii and the Pacific. This region includes all US military commands headquartered in the Pacific such as the US Army Pacific, US Air Force Pacific, Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard, Naval Health Clinic Hawaii. Other clients include the Hawaii State Legislature, James Campbell Company, Hawaiian Airlines and the Bank of Hawaii.
Since the release of MOSS 2007, Chris has become one of the top talents in the area of SharePoint branding and customization, teaching and speaking internationally.
Ben runs SYNERGY's Australian and New Zealand operations. He is a consultant and trainer with over 15 years experience in the IT Industry and specializes in Microsoft technologies. He has been working with SharePoint since 2005 and has implemented and managed a number of projects using SharePoint as the platform.
Ben's passion for technology has taken him to many countries around the world and he has been educating people on its benefits for over 10 years as a trainer. He achieved the industry recognized certification of MCSE and MCT at 19 years of age and remains certified in Windows Server administration, Exchange and AD Architecture. Ben manages a highly skilled team of staff and is always trying to assist his customers' business by improving their use of technology.
