With Synergy, we will always bill for our Tech Services projects from a Fixed Fee approach.



Charging for projects from a Time and Materials perspective (you pay for the time and materials spent to complete the project, based on a given rate) is not uncommon. We do it as well, but with other types of engagements, when the scope isn’t able to be fully defined up front.

When it comes to Tech Services projects, we clearly define the scope during in-depth discovery/planning meetings, at the start of an engagement. Because of this, Synergy believes Fixed Fee pricing is the best approach. This way you know what you’re going to spend before you spend it, and you won’t be “nickel and dimed” to death.

We’re YOUR vendor, and we want to keep it that way.
