Synergy is committed to the process of black economic empowerment (BEE) and fully supportive of Government's transformation objectives and initiatives. Synergy is committed to the tenets laid out in the BEE and Information Communication Technology (ICT) Charters, the Electronic Communications and Transactions (ECT) Act and all other relevant legislation.

As part of this commitment to the process of transformation, Synergy is currently planning and implementing policies and procedures to successfully manage its ongoing BEE process. As a local company within an international group, Synergy is committed to the development of South Africa, with the BEE process a key objective to the business going forward.

Synergy views social responsibility as a key investment in developing the South African economy.
