Synergy offers a 'QuickStart' Installation, Setup, Configuration and Deployment of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0. The project which can be carried out as a Fixed Fee Engagement includes the following scope of work:
- Installation of production version of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 server and Outlook clients for core team members. Additional Outlook clients for end users to be installed by internal tech person (up to five).
- Conference Room Pilot (CRP) for core team members for basic training on Microsoft Dynamics CRM v4.0 and to determine UI and database changes required for the rollout.
- Primary systems administrator training in all aspects of v4.0 admin
- Initial application configuration setup with training for Systems Admin to maintain going forward (includes business units, teams, users, security roles)
- Database extensions and user interface (UI) customizations required to implement initial rollout of system functionality as mutually agreed in the CRP. The expectation here is that we will quickly agree on the changes required after the initial conference room pilot session.
- Data migration of Accounts and Contacts to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 4.0 using Scribe . Since you are most knowledgeable of your existing data, this proposal presumes that Front Porch will perform its own data cleansing and de-duping prior to data migration.
- One end user training class on newly revised CRM production system.
Our standard QuickStart engagement excludes any:
- SDK customizations
- Custom workflow rules
- Custom reports
- Custom end user training
