Design and branding can be a key element in any SharePoint implementation. Synergy has extensive experience in SharePoint design for intranet, extranet, and public facing websites. Most organizations require a customized look and feel in order to convey the style and branding of your organization in the SharePoint portal. The process of creating the appropriate branding for your SharePoint portal requires adherence to corporate style guidelines and potentially specific requirements for intranet, extranet or internet publications.

Synergy is able to assist with the SharePoint design process. Synergy will confer with the appropriate staff, review style guidelines and provide Master Page design concepts for your review. Existing customizations of SharePoint may potentially affect the implementation of the Synergy-designed Master Page and should be discussed prior to implementation.

Your feedback will be incorporated in the design process and revisions will be made by our in-house designers. Once the design is approved Synergy will implement the design in your SharePoint environment. Using a Pre-Purchased Block (PPB), Synergy will work with you to create a custom look and feel for the SharePoint environment. The SharePoint Design PPB will be used for the following:

• Definition of Creative Brief and/or guidelines for design
• Design of 2 comps based on design guidelines
• 2 rounds of revisions
• Implementation of design in our environment
• Testing of design in our environment
• Installation of design in your environment and/or code delivery
