Synergy Corporate Technologies S.A. delivers the first Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 developer and designer training to South Africa
 
Cape Town, South Africa – 11th June 2007 - Synergy Corporate Technologies an international Infrastructure and Development services firm has announced training dates in South Africa for Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 (MOSS) developer and designer training.  Synergy is the first to offer this specific training in South Africa.

Microsoft Office SharePoint Server 2007 enables organizations to develop an environment that connects users, project teams, and business data enabling more efficiencies across the enterprise. It offers capabilities for enterprise search, content management, business process facilitation, portals and collaboration, simplified information sharing, and enhanced business insight
 
"Synergy was one of a select group of Microsoft partners to attend a week long technical conference prior to the launch of the latest version of SharePoint and was also a Launch Partner at the 2007 Microsoft Office System, Windows Vista, Exchange Server 2007 and Office SharePoint 2007  global launch in November 2006 in New York City", said Fletcher.
 
Synergy has been providing training in recent months in Hawaii, continental USA, Japan and Australia.  “We noticed that no other training providers were offering MOSS 2007 training for developers or designers and that there was a need both for our staff and the industry at large, so we decided to schedule our own trainers to deliver the training in South Africa and open it up to the public” said Fletcher.
The training is scheduled for August and September 2007 and will be held at Bytes in Midrand and Cape Town.
“Microsoft welcomes all and any training for Office SharePoint Server 2007. Since its launch, there is so much demand from customers for this product that our partners and customers are looking anywhere to build more skills” comments Cyril Belikoff, Business Group Executive at Microsoft South Africa.
 
Synergy’s team of trainers is headed up by Synergy Asia Pacific Principal Milan Gross.  Milan is a Mindsharp Certified SharePoint Trainer and he holds an MCSE, MCSD, MCDBA and a MCT certification from Microsoft.  Milan has also been the co-author of two Microsoft Press books on SharePoint 2007.
