Create a Solution Roadmap

Through the Discovery, Synergy lays out a plan for implementing a project the SharePoint implementation in manageable life-cycles of approximately three months from start to finish. A typical engagement plan will envision several possible project cycles with each one building on the success and feedback of the previous. This approach allows customers to proceed along an implementation roadmap at a pace that allows new technology and processes to be absorbed and accepted before the next round of implementation begins.

 

Get a Fixed-Price Quote On the Implementation

 

The primary output of the Synergy Discovery is a Findings document which proposes a solution and a project plan. Along with this document, Synergy will use the insight and understanding from the Discovery to provide a fixed-price quote on performing the implementation. There is no obligation to proceed with the project but, if accepted, Synergy guarantees to complete the solution within the quoted budget.

 

Synergy’s Discovery Process

 

The project involves 2-3 days of on-site meetings with the customer in which Synergy gathers requirements and meets with stakeholders. Following this, Synergy architects work off-site to collate and analyze the details and develop a customized solution for the customer. The entire process takes roughly three weeks depending on scheduling and availability of stakeholders.
