The purpose of this course is to provide students techniques and skills for customizing team sites and publishing sites in SharePoint 2010. The class will teach design professionals how to customize out-of-the-box SharePoint sites by applying corporate branding including layouts, logos, colors, and graphics. Students will learn user-interface design and the use of graphic elements as well as how to incorporate workflow and business intelligence components into sites.
