Salary: $48,000.00 - $58,000.00 DOE
Synergy is seeking a highly motivated, personable Digital Strategy & Design Associate to join our Digital Transformation team.
The role includes:
designing, analyzing and optimizing multiple digital campaigns (across Google, Instagram/Facebook, Twitter, & LinkedIn)
working on various web projects, (intranet and public facing); and
helping customers with process automation
You consider yourself a rare breed, passionate about User Experience, design, digital marketing and the ability to blend the three into your work.
You will be interacting with managers and directors, as well as our design team, on a daily basis so you must be comfortable with communicating in a corporate environment. You greet every project with enthusiasm. This position is perfect for you if you have been immersed in web technologies and digital design, with real world digital marketing experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage multiple SEM, social media and display advertising campaigns
Maintain, measure and report performance of all campaigns
Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
Front-End develop, often using tools including Wix, Kentico, Powell Manager, Nintex and Webcon
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in related field and 1-3 years relevant work experience, with ability to be both creative and analytical
Solid experience managing and optimizing SEM campaigns with experience identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
Knowledge and proficiency of UX/UI design
Skilled in Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, modern web standards and trends, as it pertains to branding for web layout
Proven knowledge of Google Analytics and other web trends analysis tools, with experience setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
A clear and detail-oriented communicator; strong writing skills with the ability to get information across clearly and in a concise manner
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and timelines
Self-motivated with ability to work as part of a team
Knowledge or experience with CMS platforms
Experience with process automation tools (Nintex/Webcon) a plus
