Monthly Report Previews

Synergy uses Revelation helpdesk to track usage of support for a Synergy Network Assurance Program or a pre-purchased block of time against a project. This web-based time tracking system is available for client access, and allows for real-time tracking when time is used. Furthermore, monthly reports will be sent detailing work completed and time used.
