​With over 20 years of IT experience, Randy Williams is an expert in architecting and developing Microsoft-based web and database solutions Randy has worked with SMB and enterprise organizations throughout North America and Asia. Some of his larger client clients include Sony, Panasonic, Barclays Capital, and the US Department of Defense. As a Microsoft Certified Trainer since 1996, Randy is passionate about sharing his knowledge and has delivered training to thousands of students across the globe. He is also active in the SharePoint community, running .NET and SharePoint user groups in Hawaii and Singapore.

Randy joined Synergy as the regional manager for Hawaii and later moved onto head up our Singapore operations. In Hawaii, Randy was the lead architect responsible for deploying and building Microsoft SharePoint solutions. He helped develop organizational strategy for all global offices including developing and documenting service offerings. He also co-authored Synergy's SharePoint Development and Administration training program and trained customers around the globe. In Singapore, Randy built Synergy’s Southeast Asia practice and was the lead architect helping to deploy SharePoint across several multi-national organizations. He also helped organize the first annual Southeast Asia SharePoint Conference, which brought over 500 attendees to Singapore.

Randy has now moved on but continues to work with Synergy as an Enterprise Trainer and Evangelist for AvePoint. At AvePoint, Randy works directly with enterprise customers and partners to deliver and implement solutions that help unleash Microsoft SharePoint’s full business potential. He also shares proven practices with the SharePoint community and provides thought leadership through speaking engagements at global conferences.
