The creation of a new SharePoint Online portal for Singtel/Optus, one world’s leading telecommunications conglomerates, required a completely new design optimized for their global staff needs. Synergy conducted a full UI/UX branding study including focus groups, key user Personas, User Journey Mapping, and Mood and Tone analysis. Based on these studies we worked with stakeholders through a series of creative designs iterations to create a final design that met everyone’s needs. Developed for the Modern SharePoint experience Synergy developed a mobile responsive site using SPFx web parts and the latest practice standards from Microsoft.
