We leverage the Nintex Promapp platform to accelerate and deepen the output and to provide our clients with a tool for long term process governance. For those organisations that lack the resources to undertake the initial documentation of processes we can work in parallel with process experts to get processes documented.
Once the BPM effort starts to reach some maturity (based on completeness of process documentation) organisations would typically embark on the process improvement and optimisation tasks which typically lead to IT Process Automation projects.
